How to Pay With Cryptocurrency
- Shop & Checkout — Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and enter your shipping and contact information at checkout.
- Select BitPay — On the Checkout Page, scroll to the bottom and select "BitPay" as your payment method by clicking "Pay with BitPay."
- Choose Your Crypto — Select your preferred crypto wallet or exchange, then choose which cryptocurrency you'd like to pay with.
- Scan Code & Confirm — Scan the QR code or copy the payment details into your wallet. Once confirmed, you'll receive an email receipt.
Once your payment is successfully processed, the invoice will display "Paid" and you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

How Long Do I Have to Complete A Payment?
Once you initiate a BitPay payment, the exchange rate is locked for 15 minutes. You must complete and confirm your payment within this window. If the timer expires, the invoice will be cancelled and you will need to restart the checkout process. No funds will be taken from your wallet if the invoice expires.
What is Jewelry Depot’s refund policy for crypto payments?
Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible on the blockchain, refunds for crypto payments cannot be returned to your original wallet. If you are eligible for a refund under our standard return policy, it will be issued as store credit or as a USD equivalent refund (based on the USD value at the time of your original purchase) at Jewelry Depot's discretion. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
What if I send the wrong amount or my payment doesn’t go through?
If you underpay or overpay an invoice, BitPay will attempt to resolve the discrepancy. For minor differences, the system may still process your payment. For larger discrepancies or failed transactions, please contact our support team at support@jewelrydepot.com or BitPay Support for assistance.
