Limited Lifetime Warranty
At Jewelry Depot, we stand behind our jewelry and warrant it against manufacturing defects for as long as you own your jewelry. If, at any point, you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine that your jewelry has failed due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair it at no cost to you. If we cannot repair your jewelry for any reason, we reserve the right to replace the jewelry with a similar item or issue a merchandise credit, at our discretion. If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available to you at your cost.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
- Lost, chipped, or damaged diamonds or gemstones
- Damage caused by misuse or abuse; normal wear and tear; and/or exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, or other environmental factors
- Loss, theft, or mysterious disappearance
- Damage caused by failure to perform reasonable maintenance to keep the jewelry in a usable and wearable condition, or as provided by the care instructions
- Variations in materials, color, and other natural characteristics
Complimentary Services
Free Cleaning, Inspection & Prong Tightening
Jewelry Depot offers free cleaning, inspection, and prong tightening services on your Jewelry Depot jewelry purchase for as long as you own your jewelry. Other repairs may also be available at your cost. To help prevent stone loss and extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend having your jewelry cleaned and inspected every six months or if it undergoes any trauma.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty and Complimentary Services are available only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable. Unauthorized repair, modification, or alteration performed by any person or entity other than Jewelry Depot voids the Limited Lifetime Warranty. Jewelry Depot reserves the right to determine coverage and eligibility for all warranty and complimentary service claims.
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. U.S. customers may contact us to purchase an insured shipping label. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to return your jewelry for Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage, Complimentary Services, or other repairs.

Shipping + Handling
Jewelry Depot offers Free Insured Shipping on all Orders to any address in the United States. Depending on the item, we will use the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or UPS to ship your Order.
For Orders totaling under $1000, we will ship your Order to you fully insured via USPS Priority Mail (2 – 3 Business Days), which can be upgraded to fully insured USPS Priority Mail Express (1 – 2 Business Days) for $35.
For all Orders that total $1000 or more, we will ship your order to you fully insured via USPS Priority Mail Express (1 – 2 Business Days)
Jewelry Depot also offers expedited (overnight via FedEx) shipping for a fee, which is calculated at checkout.
Order Fulfillment
All Orders placed by you and received by us by 2:00 PM EDT/EST on any business day that do not require customization (such as ring sizing or other special requests) will be shipped by us to you the same day. This applies to all Orders placed by you and received by us on standard business days, i.e., Monday through Friday, excluding all United States Federal Holidays. All Orders placed by you and received by us after 2:00 PM EST/EDT on a business day or any Order placed on any non-business day will be shipped the following business day.
Expedited Fulfillment + Additional Handling Time
In certain cases, we can offer expedited fulfillment (shipping of an Order from us to you) for an additional fee, and as such, we may be able to ship your Order outside of the timelines as explained above. Any ring sizing or other customization will add between 0 – 2 business days to the fulfillment thereof, or, in other words, the customized item(s) will be shipped to you in accordance with the shipping policy above, plus up to 2 additional business days. Thus, as an example, if an Order with any customization (including ring sizing) is placed by you and received by us at 3:00 PM EST/EDT on a non-holiday Monday, said item would ship to you by that Wednesday (assuming Tuesday is not a United States Federal Holiday) as said item (if unaltered) would generally ship the next business day, but may require an extra business day or two for our Master Jeweler and Jewelry Craftsman to complete the customization before shipping.

All diamond engagement rings purchased from Jewelry Depot include a lifetime upgrade guarantee. Return anytime with your receipt for full credit on your original purchase for any item of greater value, and apply the credit to any item online or in store.

Return + Exchange Policies
In-Store Refunds and Exchanges
- The exchanged item must be in brand new saleable condition; and
- The exchanged item must be unaltered in any way, shape, or form by the customer or its agent(s), including but not limited to other jewelers and/or jewelry stores not affiliated with Jewelry Depot; and
- The exchange must occur no longer than 30 days past the day of purchase as indicated on the original receipt(s).
Online Refunds and Exchanges
- The returned item(s) must be in brand new saleable condition; and
- The returned Item(s) must be in their original condition and contain all original packaging, instructions, and paperwork; and
- Watches must be returned with all links; and
- The returned item(s) must be unaltered in any way, shape, or form by the customer or its agent(s), including but not limited to other jewelers and/or jewelry stores not affiliated with Jewelry Depot; and
- The return must be initiated by you no later than 30 days past the day of delivery as indicated by USPS, FedEx, or UPS; and
- The return must have a valid (provided by us to you in writing) Return Merchandise Authorization number or RMA Number
Furthermore, the following charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund:
- Any shipping charges, whether or not originally charged, i.e., even if the item is shipped with "Free Shipping", there will be an amount deducted from the returned item to cover round-trip insured shipping before crediting your original payment method for the returned item.
- Expedited Shipping Charges originally charged in conjunction with your Order will not be credited at the end of a successful return, as these charges are non-refundable.
- Any sizing or other customization charges originally charged in conjunction with your order will not be credited at the end of a successful return, as these charges are non-refundable.
- The cost to certify the returned item(s) if said items include certification––by an independent gemological laboratory such as GIA or EGL USA––will be deducted from your refund if the original certification or report originally shipped to you with your Order is not returned with your returned Order.
