The Story
Tsavorite garnet is one of the rarest green gems on earth, found only in a narrow band of East Africa where it was first identified in the late 1960s. The emerald-cut center of this pendant holds 1.75 carats of the vivid green that gives the gem its reputation. A single round brilliant diamond catches above it at the bail.
Four corner prongs hold the gem without crossing into the green. The chain is an eighteen-inch cable in 10-karat yellow gold, every stone natural and earth-mined. Each and every piece at Jewelry Depot is one-of-a-kind. Once it's gone, it's gone forever.
