Jewelry Depot offers Free Insured Shipping on all Orders of $100 or more to any address in the United States. Depending on the item, we will utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or UPS to ship your Order to you.
For Order totals below $100, Jewelry Depot will charge you (at your option) either $15 for USPS Priority Mail (2 – 3 Business Days) or $25 for USPS Priority Mail Express (1 – 2 Business Days).
Jewelry Depot also offers next-day expedited shipping for a fee, which is calculated at checkout.
Order Fulfillment
All Orders placed by you and received by us by 2:00 PM EDT/EST on any business day that do not require customization will be shipped the same day. This applies to all Orders placed by you and received by us on standard business days, i.e., Monday through Friday, excluding all United States Federal Holidays. All Orders placed by you and received by us after 2:00 PM EST/EDT on a business day or any Order placed on any non-business day will be shipped the following business day.
Expedited Fulfillment + Additional Handling Time
In certain cases, we can offer expedited fulfillment (shipping of an Order from us to you) for an additional fee, and as such, we may be able to ship your Order outside of the timelines as explained above.
Any ring sizing or other customization will add between 0 – 2 business days to the fulfillment thereof, or, in other words, the customized item(s) will be shipped to you in accordance with the shipping policy above, plus 0 – 2 business days. Thus, as an example, if an Order with any customization (including ring sizing) is placed by you and received by us after 2:00 PM EST/EDT on a non-holiday Monday, said item would ship to you by that Wednesday (assuming Tuesday is not a United States Federal Holiday) as said item (if unaltered) would generally ship the next business day, but may require an extra business day for our Master Jeweler and Jewelry Craftsman to complete the customization before shipping.
