The Story
Deep, saturated cobalt blue radiates from the center of this extraordinary ring—a 1.35-carat oval sapphire whose fire appears to come from inside the stone itself.
Set in polished 18-karat white gold and secured by four prongs, the sapphire is ringed by a double tier of round brilliant cut diamonds—each tier set perpendicular to the center stone so the diamonds face outward rather than up, catching light from every side of the hand. All of the diamonds total 0.60 carats in F-color, VS1-clarity, a colorless and eye-clean specification reserved for the top tier of fine jewelry. Matching pavé diamonds continue down the split shoulders, and fine openwork detailing threads through the basket of the setting.
