Jewelry Depot offers Free Insured Shipping on all Orders to any address in the United States.  Depending on the item, we will use the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or UPS to ship your Order.

For Orders totaling under $1000, we will ship your Order to you fully insured via USPS Priority Mail (2 – 3 Business Days), which can be upgraded to fully insured USPS Priority Mail Express (1 – 2 Business Days) for $35.

For all Orders that total $1000 or more, we will ship your order to you fully insured via USPS Priority Mail Express (1 – 2 Business Days)

Jewelry Depot also offers expedited (overnight via FedEx) shipping for a fee, which is calculated at checkout.

Expedited Fulfillment

In certain cases, we can offer expedited fulfillment (shipping of an Order from us to you) for an additional fee, and as such, we may be able to ship your Order outside of the timelines as explained above.  

Additional Handling Time

Any ring sizing or other customization will add between 1 – 2 business days to the fulfillment thereof, or, in other words, the customized item(s) will be shipped to you in accordance with the shipping policy above, plus up to 2 additional business days. 

Thus, as an example, if an Order with any customization (including ring sizing) is placed by you and received by us at 3:00 PM EST/EDT on a non-holiday Monday, said item would ship to you by that Thursday—assuming Tuesday and Wednesday are not United States Federal Holidays) as said item (if unaltered)—would generally ship within two business days, but may require an extra business day or two for our Master Jeweler and Jewelry Craftsman to complete the customization before shipping.

All gemstone carat weights (CTW), if mentioned, are approximate if said gemstones have not been weighed before mounting, i.e., weighed as a loose stone.

All Diamond and Color Gemstone grades, unless otherwise indicated, are based upon the results of the examination and grading of the article(s) based upon the application of the system and testing equipment used by Jewelry Depot at the time the article(s) is (are) examined.  Diamond and Color Gemstone grading is not considered a science, and opinions may reasonably vary depending on many conditions such as lighting, grading techniques, type and condition of equipment, and/or the ability and experience of the person or people performing the examination and issuing the gradings.

The information contained in EGL USA Reports is the result of the examination and grading of the article(s) based upon the application of the system and testing equipment used by EGL USA at the time the article(s) is (are) examined.  Gemstone grading is not considered a science, and opinions may reasonably vary depending on many conditions such as lighting, grading techniques, type and condition of equipment, and/or the ability and experience of the gemologist.
