A squared halo of diamonds frames the amethyst on all four sides, the mounting left open behind it, while down each shoulder a close line of round brilliant stones graduates larger toward the middle. Set in 18k white gold throughout, this amethyst and diamond ring holds a cool, bright surround that lets the 1 ⅓ carat center read at full strength. This amethyst and diamond ring carries the rare Deep Siberian color, the trade’s top designation for amethyst, and material reaching that mark is scarce.
