The Story
Brilliance breaks across this diamond engagement ring in points that shift as your hand moves. Three diamonds are behind that: a round brilliant cut diamond at the center on four prongs, and a princess cut diamond to either side of it. The pair are surprise diamonds, set to show in profile and to stay out of sight from directly overhead.
Every diamond here grades F color—colorless, and the one at the middle is a round brilliant cut of 0.90 carats. The two princess cuts beside it bring this diamond engagement ring to 1.40 carats in all, held in squared frames on the sides of the mounting and turned outward. Surprise diamonds are a private detail by design, put there for the person wearing the ring. Four prongs are all the metal this diamond engagement ring puts over the top, and a polished 14k white gold band tapers up through the shoulders and opens out beneath.
