The Story

The two oval stones on these sapphire and diamond dangle earrings are rated AAA, near the top of the commercial scale for colored gems. All 1.28 carats of diamonds are VVS1 clarity, nearly flawless, and carry an excellent cut grade, the highest possible; the colorless diamonds are F color, and the yellow diamonds are fancy vivid, the strongest saturation a diamond can earn. Both sapphires brighten where the cut gathers the light, while the round brilliant cut diamonds scatter brilliance in quick points. A double halo surrounds every sapphire, a circle of diamonds within a scalloped border of yellow diamonds, all in 14k white gold with yellow gold prongs and edging.
