The Story

Both teardrops on these jade dangle earrings grade AAAA, one of the highest grades on the grading scale, which judges color, transparency and texture together. Their forest green is rich and even along the full length of both. Each one hangs from a gold ball stud, sheathed at its upper end in a fluted cap of 14k yellow gold edged with pointed petals. Polished all the way around, the jade carries a long streak of light down each curve and a lustrous sheen across the rest, while the gold above catches glints of its own. Held from above, these jade dangle earrings show their whole shape from every side, and each drop leads the eye down the line of your neck. The jade is natural and earth-mined.
